Will pass on all your well wishes girls:yes: Have a bit more info-he was 5pound 11oz (which is tiny).Apparantly the placenta was small, he was a bit purple and there was very little fluid left(hence the reason Kez was messaging me all night telling me that bub was not moving much at all)So very luck he is out now safe 'n' sound:yes: Oh and according to his mummy he is really cute:)

Thought I would clarify what I meant by tiny-Kez has around 8pd plus bubs normally and our premmie nephews(both 8 weeks premmie) were 4pd 110z(close to that anyway) and 5 pd 9 oz.So Luke is tiiiiiiny :)

Ok bit more of an update. Luke's sugar levels have been low and he has been vomiting quite a bit. So they have put him on a drip to get his levels up . Kez is obviously a bit stressed and worried and we have been texting back and forfth all day. Anyway not to go into it as I am not 100% on what it all means but last text said it was looking good and he is nearly at the levels he should be. She has texted a couple of photos and he looks so tiny:yes: Not used to it. Anyway fingers crossed by the morn everything will be all good. Thanks again for the wishes and I have let Kez know u r all thinking of her and waiting for piccies:)

Thanks for the wishes girls! :D You know... all you girls at bribie weren't that far away... you could have come and kept me company! LMAO

Luke is going well at the moment - feels like I'm jinxing it... he ended up on a drip in hospital for a couple of days and being tube fed every hour, heel pricks every hour, etc. But, we escaped after 6 days and all was fine till last week when he lost weight again and nearly went back to hospital on Wednesday. He slept all day and refused to wake and eat. he must have overheard the doctor though as he woke suddenly, weed (sp? :)), vomitted and fed! So, he was given a reprieve as long as he continued... He's since been feeding and sleeping quite well and putting on weight! Next weigh-in is Tuesday afternnon so that shoul give more of an indication.

I'm currently expressing milk to feed him every 2-3 hours so the sleep is minimal but it seems to be working. He loves cuddles it seems so he spends most of his time in my arms... :) One armed typing is fun... He'll be 3 weeks old on Tuesday - flying by. Will try to get organised and post a pic soon :) Will also have to find a spare few hours to catch up on all the goss! :D

Wow, that has gone so fast  Glad to hear he is picking up and doing well. It's never nice when they get sick, especially when they are so young - very scary.

Am looking forward to seeing the pics too!

Welcome back :).

Di, it's not that far really... :) We drove there one weekend...

Well, I'm waiting for the weigh in this arv before I get my hopes up, but I'm secretly expecting good news :) Can you believe I currently have 2 kids asleep and 2 kids at school?! Won't last long, but I'm feeling lost already! I should get the photos off the camera and post them for you girls and maybe even email them... :hehe:

Someone asked somewhere about Kimba - she's well. Busy enjoying the Central Coast lifestyle so I think she's avoiding any indoor tasks - including the computer.
