Treadmill for sale

It's got to go as there is no room for it here :( And besides, I go to gym everyday so it's not like I use it anymore anyway LOL.

We were going to put it in the study but ended up with a couch in there instead - so there will only be resting and probably sleeping in there instead :hehe:

I walked 4km's earlier to wake my body up. Am going to gym later. :D I'm looking forward to using it on dark mornings where I'd feel unsafe to be out in the streets.

Alexa - it's in the lounge facing the TV. I took out a chair. Will have to get into a routine watching tele! Less time on the pc.....

You're really getting in to the keep fit thing Kekka, d.d. has a jogging trampoline, she goe's on with her mp3 player and doe's bicep curl's at the same time. My hubby walk's 9 k's 3 or 4 time's a week, I do a lot of walking but really need to do more, but I'm having a lot of trouble with my ankle.
