hello

each week ( well most weeks) I write a newsletter for my website. my website newsletter option sends text only, so i started to play around with html code (very very basic) from searching on various 'how to' websites.

Then it occurred to me that i had front page as a programme on my lap top, so i played around creating a newsletter, and thought that when i cut and pasted the document into my newsletter editor, it would work.

it hasn't. its still boring old text.

i then copied the coding from the second page into the newsletter editior and it just sent me the text.

i am not sure what i am doing wrong. can anyone help? my newsletter list is getting too big to send via outlook.

you say you copied the html code?

I have used front page to build a website, I have also tried to use it for html coding, for some reason it's a gay piece of microcock poo *L* but let's not get to that one.

You could probably find some othee HTML coding software online, I know there are several around, I don't know any names off the top of my head.

Sorry I can't help you with your problem, usually one is fairly cluey when it comes to this stuff, but I am self taught and have limited knowledge unless it has happened to me.

sandramay put it so well LOL. Frontpage is really nasty and makes such a mess of code. There are some other good cheap/free alternatives out there. I myself use dreamweaver, which would probably be a little too advanced and expensive just for doing your newsletter.

You are probably best of using a dedicated newsletter manager. Most come with a HTML editor so you can do it all within the script. You need to be careful that you are covering you behind in regards to the spam these days. Could you ask your host/designer for some advice there? There are a lot of different options, I'd be happy to give you hand too if you like :)
