All the recipe's I've seen have been the same.
I cup of olive oil.( you can also use jojoba oil.)
1/2 cup lemon juice, some of the recipe's used vinegar and lime juice.
Mix together put in a spray bottle, don't keep forever being organic it go's off, rub on with a soft cloth if you want it to smell of lavender you could probably soak the lavender in the oil for a while.

Hi Patricia, I found this.. Hope it is what you are looking for.:D
Ingredients
1/2 cup Almond Oil
1 table spoon Wheatgerm Oil
1 table spoon Melted Beeswax
2 table spoons Solubliser of Choice
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil (Cedarwood is nice too)
Wide Neck Jars to store polish in
Method:
Simply melt all ingredients except Essential Oils in a bowl or double boiler.
Allow to cool slightly, then add Lavender Essential Oil and stir through well
Pour down into Wide Neck Jars
Not sure what you would use to make it more soluble.
