... would you want to be their friend?
I was all set to answer this, but find I need to think about it some more ... I think, probably, but it would be a long slow road to actual 'friendship'.

Cor - I reckon I'd like her (LOL) but we'd be a really bad influence on each other!! :D (Going to restaurants, out to bars, doing silly things like flying interstate for a meal, a cheap airfare junkie etc etc).

Yes I would and would be rewarded by total loyalty by this friend :)

Well it would take a while to get to know me. I'm quiet and tend to keep to myself so it would hard to make friends with someone like me. Eventually this other person (like me) would make a great friend. Everyone tells me "still waters run deep" when talking about me. You just got to be patient and eventually you will crack through the shell. :D

Not sure.....there is a lot of truth in the saying "Opposites attract".

I was thinking something similar this morning. My sister, 10yrs younger than me, and I are very alike. Really shy and quiet unless with really good friends and then you turn into some crazy cant shut up person. But I think that explains a lot as to why we aren't close at all.
So no, I probably couldn't be friends with myself...we wouldn't say anything to each other LMAO

Well of course..Why wouldn't I? I am a kind person, I think I'm funny, and I like to talk a lot...oh yes and I love my own company:hehe:

I would only for the reason that we would understand each other better. I would also say no because being the opposite , and liking different things, can open the doors to new stuff to grow and learn on from each other.
I would say yes because we would have a lot in common.
I don't have many friends, or even family, that are interested in the same things I am. Plus, I'm a very loyal and honest person. :hehe:

Yes we'd get along fine as long as she doesn't try to borrow my shoes LMAO
my husband and i are a lot alike, we have much in common, and we are each other's best friends.. so yes.

The only problem I would have is that I can't stand to live with myself with I've got PMT so I don't know how I would go if my friend had it just like me.LMAO.

Not too sure on that one. I am a little quiet initially but then spark up once I get to know someone.
But I guess it could be done. Although Deb, I'm with you on the PMT!

I think I would I'll talk to most people so if I met someone like myself we would probably talk each other to death, Ive been told I make a good friend.

Wow what a question when i am feeling the way I am. Yes i would welcome anyone in to my life that would be like me. I KNOW I am a great friend a great person not judgemental ( well most times) but in all honesty all I am looking for in life is some one that does not do to me what others have. I beleive i am a fantastic person that has (like we all have) had people screw us around BIG time. As i said I KNOW i am a unbelivelable person to cope with what i have in the psat and if i was to meet someone like me I would take there friendship and NEVER let go. XOXO.

I would  - I've never met anyone like me so I think it would be great and we'd have a heap of fun LMAO

If they were similar to me then probably yes, but if they were exactly like me - no way! I'm far too strong willed and like my own way to be friends with someone exactly the same! LMAO I love variety in my friends (half of them don't like each other), so I can't imagine wanting one exactly the same as me.

I guess I probably would but then if they are exactly like me, they wouldn't make friends easily and would be standoffish and aloof half the time so it would take a lot of work LMAO
SW.. that thought came to me as well.. :D

I'm pretty quiet, but a very loyal and honest friend, who will bend over backwards to help any of own friends or family. I think I would like myself, but it would be very quiet at first, until we got to know each other!!:hehe:

I have answered this, but think most of us would probably like someone like ourselves as friends.
When I said I love my own company, I just meant I can spend time on my own and be happy, not meant to sound conceited or anything.LMAO
I would say yes, mainly because I am not shy and make freinds extremely easily. I can chat to anybody about anything most of the time without too much of a worry but my best friends tell me I am too trusting sometimes which can sometimes leave me hurt if another person isn't the same as me.
