Just enjoy Linda.
I have a "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" Bday party (yep, he's 42) on Saturday night...no drinking 'cause of the tablets, but it will be so nice to get out of the house.
Went up to St Vinnies this morning and bought a little girls pink bra and a pair of white boys undies....$1.50, a few snips, a few stitches and instant mouse ears.....I'm going as a mouse (had thought of taking a glass fish bowl and write on it "So long, and thanks for all the fish"....might still do that as well...or is that overkill?) then I'll just wear white and paint whiskers on my face....should do.

My gf, me and all our kids (3 of them) are heading off to Hastings Point to spend the night at the Big4 Northstar resort there. The kids are super excited about our 'little holiday' and I'm looking forward to just getting out!! LMAO
the Hitchhikers party sounds good! i liked the fishbowl idea, such a shame Douglas Adams died.. has anyone else seen this: http://www.smedg.org.au/DougAdamsOnOz.html it's well worth a look!
i think we have a quiet, stay home, watch movies, play computer games weekend coming up.. M has already asked if we can go get a stack of movies from the vidstore tomorrow.. i love those sort of weekends, and i bought more chocolate, and some gourmet pringles for him.. :D

Definitely do the glass fish bowl thing, take it as a handbag. :hehe:
Di have you NEVER read "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy"??? The mice turn out to be the most intelligent lifeforms on the planet - it's in Chapter 1, they were probably sesquipedalians as well you know :P Now I'm singing "so long and thanks for all the fish" all to myself LMAO
I will be doing some more landscaping hopefully if the weather is okay :fx: If it isn't, we'll go buy the plants and put them in at a later date. I want to put a shelf up in the laundry, so will be paying another visit to Bunnings. Oh and no matter what the weather, we'll be going to a 50th down at the Gold Coast - rain, hail or shine. Hope the patio is big enough - judging by the weather report, we'll definitely be needing it. :hehe:

We had planned on starting the garden out the front but because of all the rain we have had, we won't be able to do it. So.......we are taking the boys to Imax on the weekend to watch the African Adventure on 3D - should be great. Haven't really got anything else planned at this stage.

I will be working tomorrow, going out for tea tomorrow night, and doing NOTHING on Sunday, except some work around the house, but I'm NOT leaving the house!!!!
Have to help my grandson create a story about a genie and three wishes, should be fun, doing some craft items and a few things for the business. Other than that, not much.
