We had chicken left over from dinner so I halved it and put it in sandwhich bags and left it on the bench. I left it there to cool so i could put it in the fridge and eat it tommorrow. But my cats decided that they were hungry. One had knocked it down on the floor and my cats and dog enjoyed an extra dinner of chicken. I walk in the kitchen and find them all licking their mouths and walking away. They didnt even brake the bag :headh:Thanks alot, i was looking forward to having that tommorrow. LMAO

i must be one of the luckiest cat people in the world.. my two never go for 'human' food at all.. Archibald would sell his grandmother for more dry food any time of day, even if there is still some in his bowl.. and Reginald would claw the end of the kitchen bench off entirely for a can of flaked tuna (cat food) out of feeding times, but i can safely leave food to cool (covered of course) on the kitchen bench any time of day no matter what it is. maybe it's because they never get any human food? also, they have learned not to dare be anywhere near the benchtop when i am preparing food on it.. :D

I would feel just too mean not to share.

In fact if I am completely honest I always make sure there is enough for 3 humans, 3 cats and 3 dogs every dinner time...LMAO

And yes Di...LUCY and the goats all get the vegetable scraps so no they don't miss out either :P

how cute! :hehe: i walked away from my dinner plate once, heard the kids laughing, turned around only to see our cat whiskey on the table sniffing my food. boy, did i give a yelp! :hehe: once in awhile, she'll come in the kitchen while we have dinner and we'll give her a piece or two, but that's it. she always has food in her bowl, so no excuses. :)

Yes Kiki but "human food" tastes so much nicer and even more so if it is stolen :hehe:
