by special request I'll post another fattening recipe
115g butter
1/2 cp cocoa
2 eggs
1 cp castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cp plain flour
1. Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa.
2. With electric mixer, beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla until light. add the cocoa mix and stir to blend.
3. Sift the flour over cocoa mix and gently fold in. Add nuts, sultanas or raisins(your choice) and pour into a lined 20cm square pan. Bake for 30mins in 180 oven. Do not over cook.
4. Leave in pan to cool before cutting (yeah right). The brownies should be soft and moist. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
5. Ring gym for membership.LMAO LMAO
I usually beat the eggs up first then add sugar and vanilla, makes it lighter. Be gentle when mixing it's a bit like muffins don't over mix or over cook.
