Hands up all the naughty girls who don't..That would be me  LOL

I do walk every day though, but that is to get the kids to school, or soccer etc. I quiet enjoy walking.
I'd love to get back to the gym again. But with the kids, it makes it a little hard. I am trying to talk Jake into buying a bike. I know he really wants one, tho he says he doesn't. So I can go for a ride (when it is very dark) :Hehe:

I'm a naughty girl :pam:

Though I've been taking Harry for walks but until he starts obedience classes I haven't really gone for long walks (I'd have no arms left LOL)

No I don't exercise unless you count housework as exercise.

I've been thinking about doing something but as you said Leigh, it's hard when you have children.

I used to have quite nice legs from all the horseriding I did, but I've noticed they're losing their shape. I guess 20 years of doing nothing is finally catching up with me. It's not like I need to lose weight, but I would like to get toned up & have more energy. I wouldn't mind losing the baby belly too, I haven't bounced back as well as I did when Holly was born.

I wouldn't mind joining a gym. Somebody on another forum is wanting mothers in our area to go to the gym with her, I've been considering taking her up on her offer...it would be good to get fit again, especially once the kids start getting older & getting out & about more.

I think in order to get fit I'll have to give up a few of my bad habits first. That will be the hardest part.

I like to exercise but I definitely do NOT do enough! I like walking, aerobics, swimming and tennis but I want to do it with other people and my friends are 'too busy' As for a gym, I joined up to Fitness First a couple years ago and didn't read the contract properly, got stuck in it and hated it, then had to fork out all these fees because of my stupidity  I did enjoy it but I have major problems with a little thing called motivation..... :pam:

I've been a bad girl up until just reciently. The sun's come back out and the weather is warming here. I work out with weights. I walk, or try to, at least a mile every other day. I have a bad knee though, that keeps me from doing most of what I want to do to keep in shape.

I try and do 14 laps about 3 times a week. I alternate between freestyle and backstroke.

I am tempted to join the local gym for a month to check out what they offer. It's literally across the road.

When I can find the time I exercise....have been managing pilates and walking alot lately. Like to try different things, so I don't get bored with it. But pilates and walking are definately my faves so far.

I don't think I could do it infront of other people. I once did some aerobics/dance with a friend and because we so unco we kept laughing our heads off and couldn't take it seriously LOL. I am a 'do it in your own home' kind of gal ;)
