Hi! I'm Louise

Hi everyone!
My name is Louise. I live in sunny Brisbane, Queensland :) I got married in September last year to my wonderful husband, who I had been with for 7 years prior :) Earlier this year I quit full-time work :help: hahaha, and decided to start my own business. I have my own private psychology practice - psych-Empower (http://www.psych-empower.com.au) - located at indigo house, in New Farm. I am a psychologist, and I work with both individual clients, couples and families. I've also recently gained some part-time work, just to support my business - which is my biggest focus at the moment.

I have a baby, well, really a cat......her name is Melodie.......she is a Birman and her piccie is my avatar. I adore roses and have many rose plants in my garden. I have a bit of a green thumb, and am currently dismayed at the state of my garden at the moment, with winter coming on.....grr.......hehehe ;)

I originally come from Townsville, but love it so much more in Brisbane!
I am looking forward to getting to know all of you! This looks like a great place!

I lived in Townsville for a while too. My SIL still lives there still. Too humid tho for my liking!

Melodie is gorgeous! I have 3 Burmese, Sao, Bizkit & Scarlett. You'll fine quite a few cat lovers here :) I have golden Retriever, Harry too.

Oh yeah and a man pet (as Alex calls them) Gra, and 2 grown up kids Lee 23 & Erin 21 :P

And welcome to the forum, I hope you enjoy your time here meeting lots of new people :) Melodie looks rather gorgeous from your avatar - I have a grey and white moggy (part russian blue) who I care for like my only child (I have no children by the way). I like gardening too although I don't have much of a garden as I live in a rental house.

Great to meet you all! and to see some familiar faces :)
I left Townsville in 1998.........it was still as dry as ever......hot.........but I actually didn't mind it......but I much prefer Brisbane's weather :) I grow more roses down here too :)

And yeah.......I am a bit busy :)
Part-time work, plus my psychology practice keeps me very very preccupied :O :blush:
