1 1/4 Cups Plain Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Salt
175g Good Quality White Chocolate,chopped
1/2 Cup Caster Sugar
115g Unsalted Butter,chopped
2eggs,lightly Beaten
1 Tsp Vanilla
175g Plain Chocolate,chopped Or Choc Chips

For The Topping
200g Milk Chocolate,chopped
215g Unsalted Macadamia Nuts,chopped


1: Preheat Oven To 180.grease A 23cm Springform Tin. Sift Together The Flour,baking Powder And Salt. Set Aside.
2: Over Low Heat Melt White Chocolate,sugar And Butter,stirring Until Smooth.
3: Cool Slightly Then Beat In Eggs And Vanilla. Stir In Flour Until Well Blended. Stir In Chopped Chocolate Or Choc Chips. Spread Evenly In Pan ,smoothing Top.
4: Bake For 20-25 Min Until A Skewer Comes Out Clean,onsert 5cm From Side Of Tin. Remove From Oven And Sprinkle With Chopped Milk
Chocolate,avoid Touching The Side If Pan And Return To Oven For 1min.
5: Remove From Oven And Using The Back Of A Spoon Spread The Softened Chocolate Evenly Over Top. Sprinkle With Chopped Nuts And Gently Press Down. Cool On Wire Rack 30mins Then Chill Until Set. Run A Sharp Knife Around The Side To Loosen Then Unclip And Remove From Pan Carefully. Cut Into Thin Wedges.

I made this today (along with Patricia's) they are both yummy. I couldn't get the nuts to stay on the top. I used the white choc, but maybe I didnt chop the nuts enough...not too worry we ate the nuts seperate LMAO
