As you know I am a dental hygienist. I think it's a personal preference as far as the flavour and texture. Other than the anti-sensitivity and re-mineralizing toothpastes out there, I think they're all the same. You'd be suprised to learn that you really don't need a toothpaste to brush your teeth. It's the bristles of the brush on the teeth that do all the cleaning. You just have to use a brush with compact brushhead (I like the GUM Microtip Compact), dence bristles and position it on the cervical third of tooth (at the gum line) to be most effective at plaque removal.:D
