Photo editing software

Hey, :waves: Does anyone know of any image editing software that is reasonably easy to use. And not too expensive to buy.

What are you want to do with the pics Teena? I use irfanview to quickly crop and resize my pics, very easy to use and it's free. I use Photoshop CS for everything else.

Paint Shop Pro is pretty good, not sure how much that costs to buy these days, but know it's a hell of a lot cheaper than Photoshop.

I want to be able to join photos, as in if I have a photo of my Mum that matches good with a photo of my kids I could join them together.

But I would also like to fix blemishes etc. or even fix old photos (I have heaps of those)
