Hats off to the RSPCA

The RSPCA had a win up here yesterday!
A lady who had 40 chiahuas seized from her property lost her case to keep the dogs!
40 foster parents who took the dogs in are going to keep the dogs.
There was an article in the paper today showing how happy these people are after giving them so much TLC!:)

Thats it H apparently she has dogs again but she has got a licence and the RSPCA is checking on her all the time.
She should not be allowed to but I think her lawyer found a loophole to allow her to have dogs again but she is not to get any of her previous dogs back?

Was she a backyard breeder? Poor dogs. That is revolting :eww: and so irresponsible. Good to hear they are with good families. I hope they keep a close watch on her new animals.

Oh I am sure she will be the centre of attention! I agree maybe a physc evaulation should be given to these people I see there is another one in Hervey Bay who had heaps of dogs?

I'm with MOC and Rachel. She should be in a psychciatric lock-up. For her sake and all dogs. Can't believe she's is getting away with having more. Hope they keep a REALLY close eye on her.

Wow that is alot of puppies! Glad she lost, and they are happy and healthy now :)
