Night Crawler

Hi. For those of you who were following the story on my dog, Keiko, who recently had a tumour removed from her rump....
She is doing really well and gets her stitches out tomorrow. Still don't know if it was cancer or not, but should find out at the same time. Hopefully I can take the radar dish off for good after their out, but will have to wait for the okay from her doctor. I actually did take it off for a few hours this morning to give her a break, but only because I had her up on the bed with me where I could ensure she did not go after her rear!
Lordy she went crazy when I took it off. Started doing these happy, hoppy spins on the bed. Works like so...you jump straight up from a standing position, execute a 180 degree turn in mid-air, land and do an instant relaunch, then repeat process.....over and over, and over again! Then she gets the zippies and starts booting down our upstairs hallway at mock two, flipping to reverse when out of runway....back and forth...back and forth...with quick intermissions to come for kisses and back to zippies. Took her about a 1/2 hour or so to settle down, then we had a big cuddle with fully half or more of 85lbs of dog in my lap. She even sucked on my fingers for a while.
Finally happy and content, she laid down on my husband's side  :hehe: and had a good nap! Man can she snore! Cats all disappeared when the zippies started, so as not to get trampled :hehe:. Not dummies, my babies, they know full well she has about as much grace as an angry, blind elephant! It's even worse when she incorporates the stairs into zippies, falls up and down them all the time. (Good thing there's a banister eh? Stops her from going straight off the landing!) Phew though - she's starting to get a bit uh, well...stinky to be honest :shh:. Was not allowed to bathe her before surgery, which of course landed just before bath day! Hopefully it will be ok to scrub her down soon 'cause she's a gettin' ripe!
Anyway, will let everyone know the test results when they come back. Going to be now 'cause it's nearly midnight where I am. Cheers all.
