This is our dog Shadow*. She is the product of a brief love affair between her mother Jess, a Jack Russell, and The Neighbour's Dog, a German Shepherd. Yes honestly!
She is a tops little dog and just looks like a mini German Shepherd. When she was a pup she had the GS saddle on her back, now gone, but she still has the GS 'eye makeup'. She is smart and agile like a JR and obedient like a GS ... most of the time! She's almost 12 but she doesn't know that - she thinks she is 5.
She is a zippy little dog and a lot of fun. Her favourite pastime was chasing the ducks in our dam (she looked like a furry crocodile! haha) but now we have moved she has settled for harrassing seagulls.
