8o's Fashion- Need Help

So girls, have any of you still got any 80's fashion hiding in your wardrobes???
I am going to a 80's Night for our local footy club on the 19th July. I have surfing the net remembering the hideous fashions that I used to wear. How funny...leg warmers, short gloves, fluro, big hair, high waisted jeans, stonewash, skinny ties......:blink:
Anyway if you have any of these horrid clothes hiding in your cupboards, and you have been waiting for an opportunity to get rid of them, let me know......
There is nothing in my cupboard, I clean out too regulary, and I will be hitting the op shops as soon as I get the chance, just thought I would try on here as well....:)

Oh my, rip out that sticky hair gel, a couple gallons of hairspray, jeans four sizes to small, or a skirt that comes up to your, ahem.....you know. Be very liberal with eyeshadow, glitter and blush! LMAO

Sorry I don't have anything... although I wasn't even in my teens yet in the 80's but I wish I had kept some of my 80's stuff to show DD.. the black and fluro bike shorts, ra ra skirts, hypercolour Tshirts... You are going to have a ball revisiting he 80's I hope you find something awesome to wear! :)

oh Ness the thought of going back to the 80's in fashion, i remember tina turner style hair on me ( how embrassing) blue eye shadow, ewww, heaps of blush this revolting colour pink lipstick looked more like zinc cream, oh and the clothes to embrassed to even think about them LMAO, cant help with anything as I have nothing that would resemble that in my wardrobe darl, but hey when u hit th op shops and get all dressed up I want to see pics LMAO

Considering the 80s for me were ages 1-10, I doubt that I would have anything left that would fit an adult :hehe:

i have a pair of legwarmers! :hehe: it started getting really popular again, so i bought a pair. :) i LOVE them.

Thanks Cherie I forgot about the BIG shoulder pads, I think I have a noice leather jacket with huge shoulder pads in the back of my cupboard.....YES!!! Its a mottly brown colour, oh, its lovely...:eww:

haha, your opinion NC. :hehe: they started coming back i think it was a year or two ago?! i wore them out a few times, but i mostly wear them inside or to bed when it's really cold over the winter. :yes: :)

They look goofy, that's what! :yes: But as Kiki says, that's just my opinion! If you like 'em, wear 'em. I probably wear things you would say look goofy, so it's all good! :)
