It just means their net worth is positive. I agree with mejane - let's see them start to put something into infrastructure etc.

Leonie, that would be nice, but given the recent workplace law changes, I don't think workers rights and conditions are really high on their priority list.

they will never increase minimal wages as we have foreigners to do simple manual work, like cleaning and working in factories and they can be exploited, but then our minimal wages are a lot better than a number of other countries, but of course that does not make it right...
