Really good movies

Has anyone seen a really GOOD movie lately? I saw Inside Man and thought it was ok. But I want to see a really good, change your point of view movie. Most of the movies I've seen recently are just a way to pass the time and some were just awful - (don't waste your time on Basic Instinct 2.)

I enjoyed V for Vendetta. I expected it to be an just an action film (went with 18yo son) but it had some real characters and plot.

We may be strange though, lots of very mediocre reviews on web

yeah we saw ice age 2 yesterday. that was really good. I cannot wait until next month to see X men 3.

I did see Ice Age 2 and I thought the first on was better. I was wondering about V for Vendetta.

i took my daughter to see ice age 2, yes it was really good, waiting to see eight below. looks good.

Eight Below might be just the movie that will stick in your mind. I really want to see it too...does anybody know when it will be out?

I am not up to date with what is out in Australia but I agree with ozpieces, V for Vendetta was really interesting. I am looking forward to going back to China as you can buy films which are in the cinemas on dvd at most dvd stores so it means I can catch up on all those movies I missed and are yet to come out.
