I use the library for borrowing books. We have broadband wireless internet at home so it has never occurred to me to use the library, just easier to do it at home (we never max out our downloads so that's not a problem). But we get books every couple of weeks. Have recently started letting 18 month old DS choose a book when we go, so he can learn about the joys of the public library too. When he's a bit older, I'll take him for story time.
I use ours for book & video borrowing & sometimes photocopying. I have unlimited broadband here at home so no need to use the internet elsewhere. :)

I just borrow books too.. there are internet terminals there but they are always being used. Just as well we have broadband at home!

I took the kids to the library here when we first moved here but the library isn't that flash. I use to use the library for borrowing books back in Emerald. You have to book the computers here and seeing as I have broadband and a router for the girls Internet we dont need the library.

I've used the libraries to do assignments and every now and then to borrow a few books. Don't really use the internet there much as ours at home is pretty reliable and faster... have used the photocopier and booked small rooms though.

We have story hour every Wednesday & I take my day care kids. I go every Saturday for my books. I'm also president of the Friends of the Library committee. We have computers at the library & they are always in use.

Avatar - Donald Beman - So-so
The Brethren - John Grisham - Not bad

I'm going to start getting novels to read from the library. When I take back the books I have at the moment so some good authors would be good to look up. I mostly like romance novels lol but I'm open to try other ones although dont do sci fi

Supa - thats a neat feature for a library to have - similar to the perfume stores that do - if you like this scent - try this - it saves you having to look around yourself to find something you like.

I use my local library a lot for borrowing books,cd's and dvd's and checking out family history,
I never buy magazines any more as they are all over priced and it's good to catch up with all the latest goss every now and then.
They also have installed 10 new swishy computers and I love using them when I have the chance as our computer is almost six years old and VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY slow.:head:
