Movies you wouldn't normally watch

Have you ever watched a movie that you really didn't want to watch but after watching it found it was the best movie ever? Even if it is something that you are not even interested in but for some reason you just love it?

I did that last year with the movie Chicago. I am not usually into musicals or broadway type movies but I just loved it.

I think I have watched it 10 times since. :yes:

Yep I've done that.. and same, not into musicals but saw South Pacific and loved it.

Yes, watched Princess Bride a few years back and was like, hey this is a good movie...different but good...nice when that happens...:yes:

and an even better one was Barefoot in the Park with a very young Robert Redford, I guess it was made before my time, but gee it is a nice movie...

I guess when you are a couple you end up seeing movies you wouldnt normally watch. My partner likes the war kind of films and I watch them too and I find some of them quite interesting even though I wouldnt particularly go out of my way to watch them.
