Ok looking at us girls eating steak. Just thought I'd start a thread on it.

If you eat steak, how is your favorite way to cook it?

Mine (and my girls) love it on the electric grill. Sear one side and cook til it is nearly half done, flip it to sear the other side and eat it rare but not mooing...

I use the electric fry pan and I lightly cook one side then flip it and put an all purpose seasoning on the partly cooked side. I eat it medium. I hate the sight of the blood ick yuk I try not to think I'm eating something that used to be alive LMAO

I cook mine on the George Foreman. Very well done for me. DH has his almost still mooing. Yuk.

Grilled and medium for me....any more cooked and I find it goes too tough.

Mines on the grill over charcoal, cooked well with mushrooms & grilled onions.

I can't cook, but when I do cook a steak for my man that wont finish my wardrobe;( I put it in the pan, pour a glass of wine, turn the range hood on high,leave it till my second wine, flip it, another wine, flip it again another wine:dance3: :dance3: then call for him to come get his flamming steak:clap:

The girls and I are not big on steak unless it is lamb (sorry luv not you). The boys like theirs on the barbie, big piece of rump they are both rump men

LMAO LMAO I thought you were saying you poured the wine on your steak...I was thinking yum...then I re-read it. Still sounds yum just minus the steak :Hehe:

Um well done and like a piece of leather, and with Diane sauce...just grill it or on the BBQ...

I tend to eat steak when I go out...hardly eat it at all really.

When I can remember eating steak , I liked it well done, either on the babrbq or in the broiler. With A1 sauce. Then I would get A1 sauce on my mashpotatos, and it was so good!

I love to grill my steak out I like it lightly pink. hmm sounds good too

I cook mine in my electric frypan, quickly on both sides as I love my steak rare :d: with mushrooms, onion & capsicum - no sauce

MMMM Rump Steak for me too i get a Rump sliced at the butchers we get it 1cm thick maybe a bit more. I cook it in the electric frypan untill the top is weeping blood then flip thats when i salt it a little and then when it is weeping again i turn the pan off and let it rest, the secret to a good steak is the resting so i dish uo the vegies then it is ready yummy!

Let me have my steak grilled rare with a big old pile of Ketchup beside it! YUMMMM. (I'm one of those folks who puts Ketchup on almost everything. :D )
