What is your favourite item of clothing?

Have you ever had an item of clothing that you hated to have to put in the wash because then you have to wait for it again?

When I was younger I remember having a jacket that I wore all the time and hated it when it was put in the wash.

My favourite item of clothing I would have to say are probably my pj pants :)

Hmmmm my favourite piece of clothing would be a black t shirt with smallish sleeves and it says I'm a very kinky girl, the kind you don't take home to mother. I love it LMAO

When I was younger I had a couple big baggy 2Pac shirts I always always wore, but now they have sooooo many holes in them so they are just sitting in my cupboard :Hehe:

When I was young I had these real skimpy white hot pants thingy, loved them  Now I have these really neat hippie jeans with beads and flowery things all over the legs my husband and son hate them and treat me with care when I wear them, they think that my mind is going and I am at a place they can't reach me LMAO

I love being in my pyjamas and I love my jeans. (stretch of course)

I can remember at age 13 I got my first pair of bikini pants. They were apricot with lace. Really beautiful. I hated them being put in the wash, but because they were knickers, I couldn't wear them every day.
Now all you young people will be saying WTF??!!!!! We use to wear a full brief in those days. God I feel old!!!!!! Oh and mini skirts/dresses had just started to come into fashion. The 'norm' before that was below the knee. God I am old!!! It was the sixties and time for rebellion and I am the oldest in the family. Mum and Dad had a hell of a time with me. I eventually 'broke' them in after a lot of arguements and fights. My young sisters had is soooo easy.
Living in the country didn't help either. Old ideas. That's why I was a rebel I guess. Still am to a certain degree. Shared way too much there and not all about clothes either. Sorry.

Mine is a daggy old night shirt that is just so comfortable I could wear it all day and night if I could. One day it is going to be washed once too many times and just disintergrate...sooner rather than later I am afraid :P

I love my jimjams... when I was young, back in '85 I had a pound puppy t-shirt I used to LOVE... and then there was the dress with smocking around the bust, my neighbour and I had one each, we used to wear them everywhere we went together *L* consequently don't talk to her anymore, but the memory is fun.

my cardy has been with me for about 16 years. It's been through everything I have and is still together. It's more than a old friend. I'm wearing it now

I have some black jeans that I seem to live in and have known to wear to work, come home washed and ironed them and then gone out that night in them...

I also have a brown suede jacket that I bought on e-bay that I am also living in a bit...but you can't wash that....

My dressing gown is also very well worn... had since I was 16 and it is still going strong...LMAO

Back in my skinny days I had a best pair of jeans, tight all the way down the leg and tuck into boots or socks.

I used to have a grey knitted jumper that was really thick and I only used to wear it at home when I put my pj pants on to keep me warm. Hubby hated it & used to call it a dog blanket :Hehe: but I still wore it.

I ended up throwing it out in the end because it was getting too old. But I replaced it with a new one LMAO (not as ugly but it already needs replacing)

I had a singlet top that I use to wear all the time, hand washed and wore again and again. When it was cold I would wear it under something. When it started to tear I wore it to bed. It got that bad It was only held together by the binding on the neck and shoulders. The ex hubby use to love it!
Now if I dont like something and wear it often I get rid of it, so I suppose everything is my favorite.
