... button-fly jeans?
Have you ever?
(I did once, way back in the 80s/90s when they were fashionable and I was young and susceptible to peer pressure. But srsly, how irritating are those buttons when you're desperate for a pee?!)

I wore them around the time I turned 18, so I am sure my first foray into the drunken nightclub/pub scene would have included a few unbuttoned buttons in the fly region... Do they still make them? Not sure I have seen them around in a while although I haven't been looking, so that may be why.

I used to have a pair - you just ripped them apart if you were busting :hehe: never had a button fly off lol
Haven't seen them for a few years now - I think they still do make them, but only certain brands

Only ever wore jeans on the boats.....always zippers then...hard enough to get them undone when the loo is moving.

No, never owned a pair, I knew they were going to be a fad. I used to pay big dollars for a pair of jeans, and I wanted them to last. Usually bought Levi Strauss, or Lee.

Button flies are great for those with a short rise. My 'rise' is the shortest part of my body, lol... thank the fashion demons that hipsters were 're'invented.

The button fly is okay on your own jeans, but tricky to undo on someone else's jeans. :hehe:

I wore them in my younger years and have kept a pair, can't get into them, but kept them for memories and to show my children, if I had any, what we used to wear. They are about but you have to be looking for them. I loved them, felt safer!!!
