Hi Vi,

I see you have been using the Symply too Good to be True cookbooks.

Aren't they great. I have made several of the dishes and they are terrific for low fat foods. The potato salad is great too. Have you tried any of the sweet stuff yet, I am looking forward to testing them out. I hope they will taste great too.

Happy cooking,

rell

That recipe does sound really nice and what I love about things like this, is that you can adapt it to use anything you have at home. I think chicken and broccoli would be a nice combination too....yummy!!!

I love this recipe and it is just in time! I like to make my Son's their favourite dishes for their birthdays, and my Son (who loves Tuna casserole!) is having a birthday next month. ;) Thanks for this recipe, I have printed it out and will use it then.

My son loved this recipe...he even asked for seconds. :O lol So I just had to share it with you all.

Rell, Yes the symply too good to be true recipe books are great!! I have only been using them and no other recipe books. I have book 1, 2 and 4. So still have to get number 3.

I have tried heaps of the recipes....last night I made the Quiche Lorraine from book 2 and it was VERY tasty. As for sweet ones....I have tried...pineapple fruit cake, Lemon meringue pie, choc chip cookies, cup cakes, and the chocolate self saucing pudding and the bread and butter pudding (which was a disaster..that's the only one that didn't turn out for me.) But all the others were great....and my fave snack to make up is the cheese and onion scones.

It's SO hard to beleive that they are all low fat hey. when they are all so Yummy.

I have made this twice. Tho I think after I was done with adding a tonn of cheese, it wasn't low fat anymore :Hehe:

I made it first with the chicken, and they weren't really keen. But he said try it with tuna, I'll won't die I guess. And he really liked it. So all this time we haven't been able to have tuna mornay or anything, because he says he doesn't like tuna, hes been lying! LOL

Got anything exciting Vi?
