I have been going to physio for my neck and back for nearly 2 years now. A few times she has said to me, Holly you got to find another job. Your body isnt taking to all the lifting etc now... My god I am only 29 :headh::headh:
I didnt go all week and went yesterday and she said to me, "you really do need to think about leaving childcare and finding another job"
what the heck am I going to do. I dont know what I want to do or would be good at coz I been doing childcare since I left school ;)I know I do want out, I really do. But have no idea what to do. And now to know it could help me being so tight, sore and having migrains all the time then I need to work it out

My advice in this thread (http://www.allforwomen.com.au/forums/showthread.php?t=34691) still stands. There is also another thread where you talked about moving on from child care a few years ago, you got heaps of advice in that thread as well. Perhaps if you try searching the archives for "working with animals" or "changing careers", you will put two and two together to find an answer.

yes i can remember you saying before that you needed to change jobs,
i think i need to stop doing any house work at all because everything i do makes my back ache like hell even just bending over to get the vaccuum out the cupboard, i hurt my back at age 25 just lifting my son & have suffered ever since so i have just learnt to smile & suffer at the same time :(

Holly, I think it is time that YOU have to decide what you want.. and not ask ppl for advice, as we have given it to you for so long now, Now I am being HARSH but you need to work this one out yourself, as you have many a times asked us, we have replied giving you advice,, but u still go on and on and on about it, some times and DONT get mad at me I think u might be a hypochondriac, and if that is true than that in it self is a huge issue, ( but nothing to be ashamed of either) and for that I feel you should speak and get some help about it, Sorry if u think I am being rude I am just being honest, You seem to be a lovely chick, but always sick, with one thing or another, there are a lot of help programs out there if you are what I said ( hypochondriac) and if not then you need to take a good look at your self and work out why things bother you so much, Best of luck with what ever avenue you take.

Well yes, I do think that was extremly rude. Dont worry ladies. This is it for me. If I get shot down like this , then I no longer wish to be part of this forum..
FOr the ladies, who have supported me, and who i have become friends with I wish all the very best...
Thats it for me like I said. You can say what you want. I wont be logging in to check your replys

LMAO HOLLYYYYYYYYYYYY,, FFS why cant you just take advice and listen,, If You cant then why post in the first place, Now as I said I was not being rude I was being HARSH, but also said I thought you were a top chic, ( without all the woah is me shit),, I am allowed a opinion as you are, by leaving that is just silly. I am not going to apologize as you know I was not out to hurt you, so don't be silly and just except a little criticism , FFS I have had so much over the time I have been here, and yep sometimes I did not like it but at the end of the day .. GUESS what they were spot on, OMG ask Kiki how much advice she has taken on here, and LOOK at her now, what a AMAZING WOMAN she is.

Mes have to admit it was a bit over the top as you said it was time she stopped asking for advise and then when she seemed to of been offended you did say why don't you listen to the advise , seems to me you are giving this young girl a cross message and don't think you should compare her to Kikki either

Would you leave because one girl out of so many has upset you Holly? Only one, not all of us.

There will always be different opinions Holly ....its life.
I myself have said over the years about changing careers:yes: and have not done so....but have decided I do want to stay in my job  (well for now:P) so I probably confuse people
.
Only YOU know what you want...

Yes it was Di, and I am the first to admit this, should have kept my mouth shut, ( as I usually do), well most times. but when u are asked again and again about the same thing, surely you might take on advice and then not ask again,, I dont know... It just might be me... And myself Mentioning Kiki, I THOUGHT that was a great way to show Holly that we all take advice on here, and Kiki has taken so much and came out of it all such a BEAUTIFUL woman,, sorry I if I was out of line.

Yep Holly ,, dont listen to me, I am only one.

Wow I have to say that is terribly harsh, Holly, I think sometimes that in life when there is an issue that continually comes along, that you need to make decisions without taking other peoples advice into consideration. Im sure that most people on here have plenty of wonderful advice, Please do not let one persons opinion ruin your experience of what is normally a wonderful open board.

Teeka, I have already said I was over the top in what I said, and obviously you have not read all,,(too understand what I was referring too), so please dont judge me.

We're done here, the damage has been done and Holly has left..again.
Perhaps people could keep in mind that the written word can often come across a lot harsher than a spoken conversation, and maybe somethings are best left unsaid all together.
