Has anyone tried the Biggest Loser meal replacements?
What are they like?

the shakes are tasty but I dont think they are that filling. You can buy just one of them at woolies, or a bar soup etc to try them.
Do you mix the shakes with milk or water?

lol they are really yummy but as I said not filling enough,, I have to ask Jen, why u are not overweight?
A side effect of my migraine tablets is weight gain I am getting a bit of a podgy tummy. I thought maybe using a meal supplement for lunch while at work may work?
As I sit here eating a ferrero rocher with my cup of tea:hehe:
