We just eat whatever, we really don't have winter meals.. that I can think of.

Maybe Christmas dinner, that is in winter, we eat sweet potatoes, turkey, rack of lamb, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, mash potatoes, rolls, stuffing, cranberry sauce, for desert apple pie sometimes pumpkin pie.

Then we have lots of appetizers before hand..

I actually bought some apples yesterday to make apple pie with. I make homemade whip cream too. you should come over with the boys Angie, and we can all have pie

Home made is yum.. my grandma makes a good one. her crust is soo good..

She has been making them so long, it like second nature for her.. and she lives mostly in Washington, which is where the stores get their apples from.

It is pretty easy, apples, sugar, cinnamon, tapioca and lemon.. I think that is it..

Homemade Lamb shank, barley & vegetable soup is my absolute favourite. Then it would be a casserole or roast :)

roast pork with roast spud, sweet potato and pumpkin with vegies, gravy and apple sauce.

Or all the above with roast lamb instead of pork and mint jelly instead of apple sauce.
