My Foot Is Killing Me

on Monday we picked our son up from school went home to change cars & then hubby & son were at each others throat again - (hubby can't stand his teenage attitude) so i got the shits & kicked the glazed pot i had at our front door (yes full of soil & a plant) OH MY GOODNESS the pain, i really didn't think that through very well , well i didn't think at all, i just got so cranky & i screamed & kicked the pot & straight away the pain was bad, thought i busted a blood vessel, hubbies like you have only busted a blood vessel it will be fine, well today it's as black as anything, it's still killing me the pain goes right up to my knee (a shooting pain) can't walk on my foot flat have to walk on the side of it & that still hurts, so i'm off to the doctor today hopefully if hubby get's home early enough ( i can't drive)

i really think i've broken something.
I have pain going all the way up to my knee & can't move my big toe. When i move my ankle it kills. it gets like a hot pain.
Need to go to the doctors BUT can't drive, hubby just got home tells me we are picking our daughter up from school then going to Cronulla to pick kegs (for his beer) up then race back for our daughters soccer training at 6pm - 7pm so looks like i'm in pain for ages i doubt i'll even get to the doctors, it's pissing me off

it's not alright it bloody really hurts, i've had knee & ankle injuries from netball & i tell you they were nothing like this pain.

It just seems that no one is listening to me when i tell them about it, OH well i guess i'll soldier on

can he at least take you to an after hours medical centre tonight....or the hosptial sounds like you need a doc to look at it...but i suppose by then it will be to late for an xray....


if you dont go tonight just get a taxi in the morning or maybe ask a friend to drive...

wouldn't be surprised if you havent broken something, sounds awful, bloody teenagers, bloody men, I hope they give you some TLC.

i'm going tomorrow, i have to drive myself which is going to kill, but i need to go.
i was thinking of getting hubby to take me now to our doctor but the xray section is closed for the night so i would have to do 2 trips anyway.

tomorrow hubby is working in the mountains & i have to pick the kids up after school & drive my daughter to Blaxland (the mountains) for her psychologists appointment, can't cancel it as it's too late, i would have to pay if i did. So tomorrow night i'm going to be in so much pain.
This house is really peeing me off - no one can leave me alone, they all think that it's just bruised.

it'a a little better but it still hurts when i walk on it, well i'm walking on the side of my foot as i can't put pressure on my big toe.

ok ladies NO fracture (thank goodness)
but he was surprised he was laughing & told me to take out a lottery ticket as i was so lucky, he was going to bet money on a fracture.
I have to rest it as much as possible & elevate it , he said it will take a while to heal as i done a good job on it.
I said it wasn't me the plant pot attacked me:hehe:
I had to email my trainer for my course to see what to do as i can't do prac with it as i still can't put a lot of pressure on it, 1 & a bit modules i can do without prac then 1 with prac.....
so hopefully they will give me an extension...:)

it's better today as i rested it last night while hubby did everything....
Didn't have to worry about dinner as hubbies mate owns a hamburger shop called
The Ranch at Camden nsw if anyone is local, so he went there & organized dinner through
him, which was great.......
I must say though he should have cooked a great meal to make it up to me...:hehe:
