If you like the sound of Telori's cobb loaf (http://www.allforwomen.com.au/forums/showthread.php?t=3133) then try this one out. Its so yummy.
INGREDIENTS
1 x large cobb loaf
2 x 250g of philly cheese tubs
2 x bacon rashes diced
2 x 400g cans creamed corn (or 1 creamed and 1 kernals)
pinch of curry powder according to taste.
METHOD
Pre-heat the oven to 180C
Cut the top circle off the cobb loaf and scoop out the inside, keeping it all aside for toasting then dipping.
Cook the bacon and mix it together with all other ingredients. Fill the loaf with this mixture.
Break up the remaining pieces of cobb and place it all in the oven for about 10minutes until crispy.
Eat by dipping the crispy pieces of cobb into the mixture. Crackers or sticks of vegies can also be used.
So yummy.
