The first couple of weeks are the hardest.....now you can just breeze through.

Well done Cyclone I've always been a non smoker but I've been around smokers most of my life and I saw how hard it was for them to give up.

Good for you cyclone :yes: it is'nt easy but such a great feeling when you know you have beat it :clap: & it feels good to say "I don't smoke"
DH & i have many friends that still smoke but it does'nt matter to us we are never tempted & it is their chioce to smoke so we are all happy with our own choices
You have beat it Cyclone, i always think if you can get past the first 6 weeks then you are on your way :y:
