to the hairdressers at 1pm to get my hiar coloured!

My hair is the dullest and most boring red blond ever , I have no idea what colour but anything has got to be better than what it is now..

I'll post a picture if I can...

It's the same style as I didn't have it cut or trimmed at all..it's just I had the blond foils put in to lighten it up..

I like both but I prefer the blond, it really suits you. I have had mine every colour you can imagine except black - once had it bright scarlet. Now it is barely an inch long, and I let the natural colour grow back, which is a mid-brown. I have silver threads just starting to show all over so it gives a nice ash effect - I like it and have decide never to colour again, but to let it gradually go silver. The short short style is good on a "mature woman" too....

I did the same, when I had my hair cut short I had the colour cut out of it too but I got tired at looking at all the grey hairs so now I'm blond again...but I know I'll keep it short from now on.

I am so tempted to go short atm:yes: but I have a round face and I always feel fatter than I am when I go short. But I am very tempted, but it is long now and has taken a while to get to this length:yes:

Gin please!

I used to think that too Sandy but if you cut it short, you can wear long dangly earrings with it to make your face look longer instead of round and I always try to wear v neck tops too that helps to make my face look longer and not so round and sqaure.

 well thats true...I will think more about it,just feel I need a change atm and the colour too:hehe:

Gin please!

The great thing about hiar is that it grows back so why not go for it?

sandydee
17-06-2009, 04:39 PM
 thats tru, have been short a few times now, just so self conscious of my round face LMAO

Gin please!

I was told many years ago by one of those image ppl that if you've got a round face to never wear round ear-rings or round neck tops...as it only makes your face look rounder and I think it's very true too...

I had lunch yesterday with an old friend I hadn't seen for nearly two years (we keep in touch by email - carers don't get out much) - anyway I saw her waiting for me and looking down the road, but she looked at me then turned away - then I got closer and waved - she hadn't recognised me at first because my hair is so much shorter! I admit it is very, very short, but I like it and it is certainly wash'n'wear!!
