Didn't read the book, won't see the movie (know the basic premise of the story). Anything that is that hyped up ... I always find it's disappointing in the end. I'm not a fan of Tom Hanks either.

Although I have heard that as a story it will probably come across better on screen than it did in the book (so I'm told!)

I can't wait to go see it. I haven't read the book though. I love movies like this I find them so interesting. There was another movie I saw a while back and I wish I could remember the name. It was a bout the Anti-christ. They were looking for the nails than went into Christ' hands so they could take his DNA and make a new child, well the girl that was helping them was actually a decendant of Christ.. It was sooo interesting for me. I wont go the first day, maybe the first week because I don't like hearing about movies from other people.

I am hopefully seeing it Saturday...

The Canne Film Festival said it was rubbish and gave it a poor review

I don't want to see it. I'm just glad it's out so we don't have to see the commericals for it anymore.

Very rarely I go out especially to see any movie...I'm not against seeing it so if someone wants to watch it I will watch it with them (by that it means one of the kids or smum. ) And I love Tom Hanks. He kinda looks like my nephew use to...(my nephew is older than me - thought I'd put that in cause it sounded strange.)

She's my Step mum, but I dont like step mum...and I cant bring myself to call her mum (my mum has passed away and it doesn't sound right to me). I call her Debbie but when I talk about her it's smum.

saw it tonight. pretty disapointed. what can i say, lots of creative license was used in the movie. tom hanks hair was also a little distracting. i have to say the book was so much better.

No I have no interest in seeing it. I couldn't get interested in the book. I think the whole thing is a big hype.

My husband and I saw The Davinci Code last night and we both thought it was great! All 2hrs and 28 minutes of it.

I was intrigued the entire time. It reminded me of National Treasure in the respect that they were looking for clues and had to know their history very well.

I did not read the book and I am not religious, but I will go but the book now so I can read it and look things up as I come across them. I will also buy the DVD.

I give it 2 thumbs up.
