Has anyone read anything by ADRIANA TRIGIANI ?
I have just finished an omnibus of three of her novels....
Big stone gap.
Big cherry holler.
Milk glass moon.
I enjoyed them so much I was VERY disappointed when I finished. I am not sure why I chose this from the library as they really are not the kind of thing I read, but I am so glad I did.
Just a quick outline..they are the story of a women from the Blue Ridge mountain area in USA...her life, loves and how her seemingly uneventful life develops into something incredible. It has a real 'down home' feel to it and once you start there is no way you will want to put it down.
Has anyone read any of these?

When do you have time to read? You are always on the computer?

Bev I am a book worm...I read every single day..usually read a book a day...if you are looking for me I am either taxi-ing Cal around, tending to animals, on the computer or have my head in a book. I am very predictable.
Oh or baking and then taste testing slices for you lot :P

I used to as well...BC...now I take a week and read before bed. The computer has stopped alot of my reading although I read alot of information things online now instead of getting books. I've bought a few ebooks (mainly for reference.)
And no Patricia I haven't heard of her novels either. I'm into Linda Howard a bit. I read a large variety of things.

Hi, everyone. 2 book recs:
1) In Full Bloom, by Caroline Hwang. It's light and fun and chiclitty.
2) Lucky Girls, by Nell Freudenberger. More serious and poetic, but still accessible and entertaining.
Thought I'd share.
