What do you do to relax? just u ? I wait till my husband does a night shift put the kids to bed pour a bath and a drink and relax!!! or when its hot weather I love to grab a good book and sit in the sun and read or just sit and think of nothing! U?:cheers:

I like to sit on my computer cruising through the AFW forum:D with a malibu can and my DH behind me giving my shoulders and back a massage!

If by myself I like to pick up some knitting, go through my things or read!

Yep, sitting in the sun for a bit is really relaxing for me too, some times i do progressive muscle relaxation but the sun works better and faster haha
