INGREDIENTS:

1 cooked chook meat taken off carcass & chopped up
3tblspns oil
1 onion finel chopped
250gr bacon diced
2tblspn plain flour
1&1/4 cups chicken stock
425gr tin tomatoes
1tblspn tomato paste
lasagne sheets
WHITE SCE INGRED
30gr butter
1&1/4 cups milk
2tblspn plain flour
pinch nutmeg
grated cheese
Heat oil in frying pan & cook onions until they are brown.Add bacon & cook for 1 min, sprinkle in flour & cook for a further min until straw coloured. Stir in stock, tomatoes, paste & chook. Bring to the boil whiel stirring constantly. Lower heat & simmer for 3 mins. Melt marg in microwave jug (or in pan on stve top) sprinkle in nutmeg & fourslowly stir in the milk & cook for a min at a time in m/wave until thick. Line oven proof dish with lasagne sheets, place 1/2 the chicken mix on top, cover with lasagne sheets & then put other half of chick mix ontop. One more layer of lasagne sheets, pout on white sauce & cover with grated cheese sprinkle with black pepper. Put in 180deg oven until golden brwn on top (45mins)

Hmmmmm will try that one day soon hopefully. Thanks tina. Although when I make normal lasagne I put white sauce on after each mince layer rather than just the top.

yeah i do too, if you double the white sauce you could do it

Forgot to add theoriginal recipe called for garlic but I dont like garlic so I eliminated it
