Just wondering, because I have been feeling so frustrated and unsettled for so long, not knowing what I want with anything would you see a life coach? What do you think of them?

No I wouldn't. I think they just tell you what you know to be the truth and then charge you a mint for the ability to see within an individual what they cannot see themselves. :dk:

A good life coach is worth it. They help you to focus and stop the round and round circles we put ourselves through. They work with you to identify where you want to be and help you get there. A life coach is not a counsellor as a life coach doesn't get into why you are how you are or what happened in the past, they focus on where you are heading. They also do this in a systematic way and work with you, you do all the work, they just head you in the right direction, they keep you on track, they get you back on track. Often life coaches offer the first session free. After that you will know if it feels right for you.

On the otherside, yes, absolutely we are here and the power of AFW can not be underestimated

My cousin is one -she has about 20 clients and is also studying to be a psychologist, she has really helped people, I am not really sure what she does, though I know she loves it...I guess anything is worth a try once.

I think it's better to consult good friends and family at first. That way, you get guidance from people who know you well for free.

A life coach is for the indecisive, insecure, lacking in strength type of individual IMO. Any expensive crutch if you ask me. (Though I suppose there'll be a need for 'em 'cause everyone's different...)

Get hooked on one, and perhaps you won't fart without their permission......

you know i have been feeling the same way for years.
I went & seen a Mediums show
http://www.eziodeangelis.com.au/

& i walked out of there with a sense of relief like a weight has been lifted. I since have made a list up of what i used to do before kids & what i do now.
I then made up a list of what i want to get back to doing...
It helped a lot.

My Life has changed just by going & seeing Ezio Live.

Well maybe I need to do something like that as I am too involved with the internet I think for my own good...... do not worry I love AFW and will not give that up but I need something for me that is not in this house and something just for me.

Do not get me wrong as I adore my husband but in our free time we do everything together which I do not mind but sometimes I just need to have me time and that is why I am on here this late as he has gone to bed and this is the only me time I get these days........

I work full time and have all the other usual crap to deal with so a *LIFE COACH* sounds grat to find *FRAN* again..........:D
