Septoplasties cost pretty much the same amount as rhinoplasties. I need one after some damage from an accident, but would rather not be able to breathe properly than pay $4-6k for the operation. Plus, your nose is in a cast for a week and I don't like that idea either.

My son had one when he was 6 and the change was immediate. It was the best decision I ever made for him. I try and try to talk my deloved into getting one cause his sinusus are stuffed (literally :)) but he won't do it either.

nope! i don't know anyone that has gotten it done-whether it's for looks or for breathing better..
