I am not a nail bird, lol mine are ripped & a mess they are to soft to let grow so they just normally get cut right down

Why what do you do Sandydee?
I got mine done Yes taking photo later for you ladies....
I'm so happy with the job, it cost me $42.00 but it was so worth it, she spent so long on them, i've had them done before & they were nothing like this, she's really good.
they aren't long at all, they look long as i have the French look but when you touch the tip of the nail you can still feel the skin of the tip of my finger, so that's good, as i wanted them really short but really nice looking. they are really easy to work with, i'm sitting here typing away with no problems at all.
I'm so happy will add photo's later, i need to get dinner & tablets (i have a headache)

Hi Mel76,
I got acrylic nails done for my birthday in January.. as a treat to myself.
I must warn you that they are addictive.
I've finally broken free from them, as i couldnt justify the money they were costing me to get refilled etc.
Hope you enjoy them... they do make your hands look great.

I have had my nail done heaps ever since I was 17 not always but on and off, not so much since i have become a Mum. Last time 2 months ago then Stu decided to re-paint the house they didnt last long. They made me feel lovely and special I love having them done, just something so little makes u feel so different

i can't grow my real nails as my iron levels stay so low so my nails are so soft.
The girl that does my nails said that we can get my nails to the same length the acrylics are
then take the fake ones off & just keep putting acrylic on my real nails to keep them strong, which is a great options., But i do love them they actually make me feel real girly which i love

I agree...highly addictive because nice nails just sort of seal the neat, tidy and professional image.

AIN /PCW in the Community
:yes:We were not allowed them in NH /Hostel and we are not allowed to wear them now in the community. WH&S reasons:blink: My tutor when I did my aged care course 10 years ago....believed false nails are better than natural ...she felt they are safer than natural.
