Block and then I grate it up myself when needed...much cheaper than buying bags already grated.

Block for sure. Love cheese. The other tastes like plastic.

We love block cheese, especially melted on bikkies or toast or in pies. But I buy slice cheese for the little ones...isn't as strong tasting.

Cause of the childcare center, I use slices cause it's easier but for grating purposes I like the block.

I buy both..it depends on the cheese.

Block for colby jack, parmesan, other jack cheeses, brie

Slice for Muenster and provalone so we can put fast on sandwiches

The grated cheese here is more than double the price of block cheese :O

Besides that I like to grate it fresh each time I use it..I find the pre-grated stuff goes yucky after only a day or two of being opened.

I put grated cheese in the freezer. It's only used for melting anyway, if we have tacos or something like that I'll grate it fresh.

I do that with Parmesan cheese Teena as we don't use it often enough to use it all up in one go. I am sure Adam and Callum should look like cheese though they eat soooo much of it.

Adam eats a brie or camenbert cheese every day he is home :O:O

yeah I am not a fan of the pre grated cheese, its powdering and plasticy and tastes weird. I much prefer grated from the block.

I like a block better but usually by slices because it's easier to use those on sandwiches.

Same here. It is so yummy and used to be reasonably priced...guess too many people bought it so they thought they'de make a bigger profit...

I always get it, the other brands here are not that much cheaper and have no flavour:)
