I had to uninstall my copy of office and reinstall due to an installation error. Somehow in our move from Darwin to Sydney I have lost the office 2000 installation disc 1 and only have disc 2. We don't have the money to rebuy a new copy or version. Is anyone willing to copy theirs if I provide the disks?

That's bad luck Leonie. Can't help you out with copy of Office 2000, but have you considered getting Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/)? It is a free office suite and is compatible with all your MS files and documents including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. I switched to it from MS Office a few months ago and haven't looked back!
Gave away my Office 2003 to my sister.

I think I've got 2000 but I will get Kylie to check. Also, she may have it on disc because she 'makes' computers.
She isn't well atm but I will check with her.
Are you in much of a hurry??

I'd second Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/) it's a great program, will do the same as office and work with all your old files and it's free.

Hi Leonie. I'm Beverley's daughter, Kylie. I have a copy of MS Office 2000 Premium (4 discs). If you'd like me to send you a copy, let me know :)
