LOL what is it with celebs that name thier kids whacky names? It's so weird and man I feel sorry for them enough as it is without having a stupid name too. But yeah Gina I guess it's not as bad as Apple or anythign but still a bit weird

Did you know that people are secretly wishing their baby comes out ugly.
There is this thing that has been on the radio since Angelina was prego, that because they are bith so good looking their baby could turn out ugly.. and some people have been wanting that. I guess because they are jealous, but it would be kinda funny, I mean why do some people just seem to have it all..lol

mmmmmm yeah but it's not just looks that matter, even with celebs I think people prefer talent and someone that is reasonably nice to their fans and such

I have to say that I am not all that keen on the name either but then again it isn't my little daughter that has to live with it....guess it will grow on us...

I dont think much of the name either - I guess I think of it as a dog's name due to the movie released under the same name. But each to their own I guess!

Congrats to both of them, hope it doesn't mean the adopted kiddies get neglected....
And I dont think Angelina is very pretty at all, she has those horrible fat lips that look like she needs to be stuck to the side of a fish tank.

Arghh what is it with celebrities and names for their kids?

Does the name mean anything?

I think that the weird names celebrities give their children just show how out of touch with the rest of the world they really are. At least with so many strangely named kids they won't be alone at school. :)

I like angelina, she is one of my favourite actresses.
I wonder though if she had a natural birth or did what almost every other celebrity did and had a c-section.

This is something I've noticed with parents and babies... just look at the American beauty queen pageants where mom is involved - 9 times out of 10 mom is simply wanting to live vicariously through her better-looking offspring! Thank goodness I have a boy, he he he
;-)

Like all celebrities lately, she had a C-section. So did Ginger Spice. She named her baby Bluebell (after the flower) Madonna (after, well, Madonna!)

I had to have a Csection.. So I was told.. I had my baby at Cedars where the celebs go to in LA. They really push for the C-section. Which I found out later. And the doctors get paid more than a reg delivery. Because it is a surgery.

Hubbie told me the other day she had to have a c-section cuz the baby was breached.

She's beautiful. Then again all babies are aren't they.
I have to admire the way these two have gone out of their way to stay out of the spotlight and the way they are helping underprivilaged (sp) children in Africa. The money that they're getting for their first appearance with her is being donated to help them too. I try not to look at the negative side of things. It's so much easier to look at the positive. And it makes me feel better not bitter.
I also like the name Shiloh. Have you heard the Neil Diamond song with the same name? (age showing here again)

She is adorable...and the pics are nice (they had them on TV just before). Apparently most celebs donate the money for bubs first pic to a charity of their choice...it's funny how you dont hear these sort of things when you hear about how much money they are getting for photos...

Telori - it makes for better news to look at the negative instead of the positive.
I just saw it on the news too.

It's a sad thing when they prefer to show negative news features to positive ones isn't it? I'd like to know why people cant be happy for other when things are going well instead of looking for ulterior motives to everything....

What a beautiful little perfect face. They all look happy and content. Isn't the little one with the dark skin beautiful too. Oh and such smooth looking skin.
Good on them. I wish them all the best. I think it's wonderful that they are donating $9m to the Children.
