I do and I hate it. I downloaded it in march this year and have had nothing but problems with the stupid thing. Its telling me to uninstall and reinstall but the stupid thing wont even let me uninstall it. I just sent a cranky email back saying that its unfair its broken and i want my money back and the whole thing removed from my computer.

Does anyone use a different program thats better than norton that you can recommend?

I used Norton years ago and had nothing but problems with it. I have no idea why it's so popular. I won't touch it again. I've got AVG free too. Find it's really good.

You could send Kylie (Naga) a message asking her if you like. She's the computer guru in our family.

we had norton when we got the putor(came with the programme) we now have avast(guy at testra told us about it) it is free for home users and is for a year easy to install and had no probs at all, plus it updates it self all the time so you are getting the latest that is out

well i have managed to uninstall it but now it wont reinstall. I am so over this. If the norton people cannot help me via email/chat to fix it i may have to get a computer guy come to our home to have a go. I want it fixed as we paid for it. Once its fixed, fingers crossed its soon I will look at changing to another program, when its time for our norton to expire.

I use AVG too, with Zone alarm Pro. Nortons is just nasty and is more trouble than it's worth. Good luck in getting a refund from them.

They already told me because its after the 60 days from purchase I am not entitled to a refund and the problems occurring are not nortons fault.

since the scummy norton people have been so unhelpful we have to get a computer guy to fix it, at least he will know what he is doing. He is coming over tomorrow on a free call out to assess the problems and give us a quote and time duration on fixing it. Fingers crossed it wont be too expensive.
