This quiche forms its own base / pastry as it cooks.

3 Eggs
1½ cups Milk
1½ tablespoons of melted butter
1 cup diced meat (bacon, ham, chicken or anything you would like)
1 small onion (diced)
1 cup grated cheese
½ cup self-raising flour
Salt and pepper to taste
(Can add asparagus, salmon, corn, spinach, mushrooms or anything you like)

Place all the ingredients in a container with a lid and shake well.

Place in a greased 12" quiche dish and bake at 150° for about one hour

Oh you can use any fillings you like..oh I did say that...whatever takes your fancy really....I haven't tried this yet but might try it tomorrow night for when Adam gets home from work really late.

Hi
Make one similar to this but it has oil instead of butter about 1/2 cup and l add some corn kernels. I also fry the onion and bacon as it gives a better flavour. Leeks can also be usde instead which gives anicer flavour.

I'm going to cook that. Sounds good and has no crust. I can use Gluten Free Flour too.
Thanks.

Patricia - I enjoyed it so much that I ate half of it. I was going to share with the girls........don't think so now. I am sooooo full though. It was just so easy to make and I really liked the idea of no crust. That's my Gluten Free thing again of course.
