You will need:

1 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups plain flour
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 1/4 teaspoons yeast

If you have a breadmaker, put all the ingredients into the pan (in the above order) & then put in breadmaker for approx 1-2 hours or until golden brown.

If not, mix all ingredients together to form a dough, then knead the dough for approx 5 minutes. Put into a bread pan & cover for approx 1 hour or until it doubles in size. Preheat your oven to about 200. When breadmix has doubled in size, pop in the oven for approx 1-2 hours or until golden brown.

Once cooked, turn out onto a wire rack & allow to cool before slicing.

Enjoy :D

I love the smell of fresh bread...and bread baking....:d:

When I have house inspections I always cook bikkies and cakes on that day, it makes the house smell nice.

I have a question, can I use real milk rather then milk powder? Or will that be too runny?

It will be too runny.

There might be other recipies that don't use milk powder - I'll have a look for you :)
