Yuck Food

I was just at the supermarket and saw broad beans. I used to be forced to eat them when I was little. I think they are disgusting :eww:

Hmmmmm nothing really, I'm pretty fussy though so I don't try new things very often, just stick with what I normally eat. But I don't like beans or olives ick

Rabbit stew...I ate it at a friends house and it was really yummy but when my sister cooked it it was gross...I was only 13 or 14 and so HAD to eat what was put infront of me...I nearly spewed all over the table...I couldn't eat it after that.

Well being in China and near North Korea - they eat a lot of donkey but I always get to decline being vegetarian. They also sell dog in our local supermarket - not just the meat but the whole head, tail, paw, etc and there is no way I would even sit at a table where that was being served. It is just too gross for words.

I thought that was an urban myth.. or a really bad joke.. I can't believe they really eat dog..OMG..

I am a vegetarian also..I don't mind people eating meat around me but dog..ick!


The worst thing I have eaten is brussel sprouts..but not in over a decade.. I think they are so gross.

I know the mexican people here eat beef tongue and trip.. Yuk
And pigs feet are to gross..

Whe I was very young we were at a friend's place for Sunday lunch. Big baked lunch. The meat looked 'funny' to me so I asked mum what it was and it was tongue. I couldn't eat it. I was only young but I will never forget that. It looked like a tongue too. Gross.

Sago, hate it. Mum used to make sago pudding I think it was. Reminds me of frogs eggs, really slimy in your mouth. yuk, yuk.

Gina - sorry to say not an urban myth - you can choose which part you prefer ie head, leg, paw or tail, etc - goodness knows what they do with it.

Chicken feet and whole chicken heads are also very popular here - I see my students chewing on them - the feet in particular.

If I wasnt vegetarian before I came - then I wouldnt be far from it by the time I left that is for sure.

here we go the most disgusting foods I have been made to eat when I was younger are: onions, capsicum, mushrooms, broad beans, kidney, milk on cereal, eggs that are still runny or gooey in the middle, squash & any kind of seafood (except i can eat calamari):eww:. I think thats it. I also wont eat any kind of meat that isn't fully cooked.

I usually like everything that my beloved makes but on Sunday night he made some kind of bar b qued pork ribs and man I was nearly sick with the amount of fat on em and the sauce was sooooo sweet that I nearly threw up. All the while I'm saying mmmmm, nice love, thanks for this. YUCK. Had to preted that I wasn't hungry and sneak some chocolate later HEHEHE.
