Bread Machine - Garlic bread

For Patric (& anyone else who is interested)

This is a white bread so make sure you put it on a 1.0lb white bread setting.

You will need to put these ingredients in the breadmaker - in the exact order on the list:

1 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 heaped teaspoon of crushed garlic (or you can crush a fresh clove yourself)
2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups plain flour
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 1/4 teaspoons of yeast

I put it on the white bread setting and it took 2 hours & 15 minutes to cook.

I went digging in the back of the cupboard looking for powdered milk when I knocked a whole can of curry powder into the big dish of dog water and Cassie started gulping it down.
