Gemma says Thank you...she feels very proud of herself...she loves cooking and always wants to add her own little twists to things.

It's just a basic butter cake recipe that she added choc chips to. She made three peppermint flavour icings - one yellow, one blue and one pink. The colours in the icing all mixed and it's a real marble icing...looks cool and tasted yummo...:D

It all started 'cause she wanted to make a marble cake but I didn't have the flavours (never thought she could have just used the food colour...that would have looked cool).

Here's the inside...

LMAO and your right Di it would usually be all gone in one sitting, but the boys were in bed and Summer was at work when we ate it...so there is left overs...LMAO

Yes she does...she loves baking especially cakes and bikkies...I gave her the idea Patricia had at easter about putting easter eggs in patty cakes and she just goes nuts now, finding yummy things to put in her cakes. :) I haven't had to buy bikkies or desserts for ages, it's great. And they always taste better 'cause they are home made...she's even made the brownies and choc chip pancakes...

You're lucky. Wish she lived here, I would put her on my list of bakers for different fund raisers.

She had three different colour icings...but one she made a bit runnier (not on purpose) and it ran together like that...
