Help me name that movie

ok so i cant think of the tittle for the life of me................Its not "new" but not old either ....its about a dancer whos trying to get a break in the industry she does get work in film clips with some big names but gets hard done by, her mum is a ballet teacher and doesnt approver of her wanting a career in hip hop dancing, but she teaches some under privledged kids and they end up making it big.

does anyone know what im going on about?
