what you eat for lunch

when you are home for lunch do you have a quick easy meal like a sandwich or salad or do you have a cooked one?

Usually for me it depends on what I feel like or how cold I am. Today I think i might have a chicken and salad wrap on lavish bread with mayo and honey yum yum.

Hmmmm depends what i feel like. My bread is frozen, just took it out of the freezer so I might dig out the sandwich press and have a ham, cheese and tomato sanga :D

Depends...sometimes I'll have fried rice...sometimes just a milk drink, most of the time I'll have jam on toast with a cuppa tea...today I had promite on toast with a glass of coke...unleaded.

I think promite is a cross between vegemite and nutella. I brough nutella for Gav's sanga's and he doesn't like it :O :O Nor do I so I have a heap of nutella :(

I am ashamed to say that when I am home at lunchtime (which is rare) I actually don't tend to eat....

Work lunch is usually sandwich or salad.

For work I usually make a sandwich or take some soup to heat up in the microwave. In the warmer months I have salad a lot.

At home it changes day to day. I tend to cook lunch on weekends when my bf is here, especially in winter.

I dont eat lunch often either, but when DH is home I do, cause he can eat non stop, and I have to get him lunch, so may as well get me some too.

When I am home, which I usually am, we eat what ever I can rustle up. Maybe a sandwich,not toasted though. or leftovers from the night before. It is really hot here now. so I really dont like to cook on the stove so something cold, like fruit or pita and hummus, or avocados or something..

like i said in the breaky thread sometimes lunch was the first food id eat for the day if i even ate that. Nowdays being pregnant im trying to eat better. what i have depends whats in the house and how much of a fussy pregnant woman im being i could have anything from a salad and ham sandwhich to leftovers to "mark ....can you cook me....XXXXXX?" or "mark can you go to *macca's* *kfc* or *whatever the flavour of the moment is*?"

Mmmmm Nuttella chocolate and hazelnuts perfect. Love the stuff on toast or hot crepes with vanilla ice cream...heaven. Don't keep it in my house though too much temptation sooooo fattening!
